FRP Pultruded Profiles

FRP profiles are kind of glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material, which uses high strength fiber glass roving as reinforcing material and thermosetting resin as base.

They have many features make them ideal selection for many structural designs.

Production process

Reinforcing fibers and surface mat with the resin mixture in the resin bath is wrapped in a performing device. Then go into heat device for pultrusion. The die is the exact shape of the final profile desired. Upon exiting the die, the part is over 90% cured and solid. The length of the profile required is pulled through the cutting machine and the process is complete.
